A kindness that helped us
Valley Supply fronted us four hundred dollars of copper for a job we both knew would never be billed. Never mentioned it again.

A vet on Silver Lake Road had a line burst at two in the morning. We fixed it. The invoice never got written.
Why we opened our doors
Two of us got tired of being sent out to upsell people who only needed a forty-cent washer.
